Great location, 1 min from water taxi and 10-15 min from St Marks Sq. Restaurants and square nearby. Functional room with all necessities. Not fully handicapped prepared but no stairs. Wheelchair users may need assistance.

Tbh, the room was very cold.

Comfortable rooms with a fridge, a sofa bed, and central heating. The kitchenette was handy for cooking. The location is peaceful and not far from a church and the main square. 🌟

check-in was early. beds were comfortable, bedroom was cozy. got private bathroom with a bathtub. the location was peaceful, 10 minutes' walk from a cathedral church. in fact, it was just off the san samuele water bus station, waterfront, and venice.

Convenient home base for exploring the city. The room was clean and had a complete shower. 🚿

The nearest airport was a hop and a skip away. The apartment was bang in the center, just like my style! And oh, the towels provided were simply to die for!

It's not like they promised luxury, but I must say the shower curtain situation was quite the comedy show.

Lovely apartment in a central location, close to all amenities and easily accessible from the vaporetto station. The kitchen was well-equipped and we enjoyed cooking meals during our stay. The issues we had with the heaters were promptly resolved within an hour. The apartment was even better than it looked in the pictures, with new furniture and a spacious living room. we would recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice.

We had a fantastic stay at Sansamuele! the apartment was clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed. the location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to St Marks Square and 7 minutes to the Rialto Bridge. We loved being able to easily explore the city and enjoy the nearby cafes and restaurants. Nives, our host, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She provided clear directions, arranged an additional bed for us, and even allowed us to check in early. We can't wait to return!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The place was clean and centrally located, close to the city center and the river, which added to the charm. The kitchen area was especially impressive, well-equipped and perfect for cooking our own meals. Additionally, the transportation options were convenient, with easy access to the nearest port stop and a quick trip to the airport in the early morning. The staff was also friendly and helpful, providing us with directions and accommodating our requests. this apartment exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, transportation, and location.

Great location in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and access transportation. the owners were accommodating and allowed us to check in early.

The shower was cramped and the water drained slowly, which was inconvenient. cleanliness was not up to standard as we found old groceries in the kitchen cupboards and other people's hair on the bathroom floor.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had a wonderful stay at Sansamuele Apartment for 3 nights. The living room and TV were great, especially for my baby who really enjoyed it. The location was convenient for exploring various points of interest in the city, and it was easy to find and reach with large luggage from the vaporetto station. Nives, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive, promptly addressing any issues and making sure the heaters were turned on after the first chilly night. The apartment itself was lovely, with a nice kitchen and all new furniture in a spacious living room.

Stayed in a perfect little apartment in an old Venetian house. Close to Vaporetto stops, Accademia bridge, and San Marco. Enjoyed our stay without noise or souvenir stalls. the apartment was comfy, fully equipped, and had a nice bathroom. the owner was extremely helpful and communicative, providing all necessary information and even offering us an extra day at his facility. Appreciated the heating and the quiet area.

Plenty of space and a great experience overall. Cons: No complaints 👍.
